Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchasing the order. The following rules apply:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
  • There are few non-returnable products & services that are listed in section below.
  • Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.
  • A sales return code will be issued for the claim, please DO NOT return any product(s) to us before contacting BM1Centre or before retrieving a sales return code. Doing so would result in great time loss for the returning process as it would be almost impossible to identify or finding the returning item(s). will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product.



When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it takes time for a manufacturer to cancel an order. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock.  Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

Item(s) is deem as defective / DOA, when the item(s) is not operating or functioning the way as described and/or is damaged during transit upon arrival. Please do not attempt to use or install the part !

  • The situation must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. And we need to receive the return product within 30 days of receipt.
  • Provide us as much details as possible of the situation. Photos are GREAT!
  • Postage would be reimbursed if returning of the defected item(s) is necessary.
  • If the item(s) is found defect / DOA beyond doubt, BM1Centre will dispatch identical item(s) when stock comes available. (That is why, photos are GREAT!)
  • Should the item be discontinued, similar item of the next line would be offered
  • For certain product types, it may be necessary for the item to return to the designated location for verifications

Item(s) is deem as unwanted returns, when customer requires a refund due to personal decision, after BM1Centre receives the order and item(s) is dispatched according to the lodged order.

  • The situation must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt
  • Customer is responsible for the returning postage to our appointed warehouse.
  • Upon receiving the returning item(s) and that the item(s) is meeting the conditions above, BM1Centre will refund the full amount of the item sold. However, postage and handling are not refundable.

Note: Damaged/scratched due to installation or used product was unable to accept in returning as unwanted.


Item(s) is covered with warranty are count on the day since sold. 

  • Please contact us directly via ‘message box’ with details of your trade, eg. ( Your email, order number and problem encounter )
  • Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. And we need to receive the return product within 30 days of receipt. 
  • For wrong item sent: We guarantee money back refund without question.
  • For wrong color bought/ Wrong size bought which are not our fault: Please refer to the unwanted item / Change mind case.

    Note: * Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Return address will be given according to buyer's location, please follow the procedures to claim.

    Note (must read):
    1. *Return postage cost is not reimbursed. But we will pay for the resend postage for exchange or warranty claim.
    2. *Decoration/Accessories products are not covered with any warranty, only electronic, lighting and other specific products are in covered. Please check product details for more information.


The following products cannot be returned/exchanged due to manufacturer's policies or their made-to-order custom features:  

  • Any item marked or classified as non returnable.
  • Paint costs on painted products (ex. spoilers, body kits, calipers ...)
  • All Wheels & Steering Wheel.
  • Car Covers with embroidery or logos.
  • Any custom orders or parts.
