After completing the check-out process with payments cleared (may take 72 hours for clearance on purchases over USD$500 or equivalent), our team will start to process the order. At that point you will receive a confirmation via your nominated email address, detailing your order.


In most circumstances, BM1Centre would dispatch your order within ONE business day if it is lodged betweeen Monday-Friday. (Backorders / pre-orders to be notified with an expected date).Warehouses are located in both East & West Coast for efficent & flexible inventory control. (Some products may be shipped from offshore warehouse.) Our products are stored in a controlled condition, ensuring the state of all products remain as new. We repack in cartons, foils or envelopes. Our staff is well trained specifically to the requirements of your product.


Once your order departs the dispatch center, tracking information will be sent to your nominated email address. Shipping time varies,depending on where you live but the online tracking should be able to tell you the day your product will be delivered. If your order is not delivered more than 3 days after the expected arrival time, please do contact us or check with the nominated courier with the tracking number provided in the Dispatch Notice.


When an product has an Backorder status, it means the item could require 14 days or more before delivery can be met. In such case, you will receive an email detailing the approximate time frame and other necessary information for the order with the option for cancellation. Should the order can be fulfilled within 18 days, full payment is required. Otherwise, should the order require over 18 days to fulfill, 50% of the listed price is payable. Should BM1Centre is not able to fulfill the order 7 days after the agreed timeframe, customers will be offered to cancel the order for full refund or credit the amount for other products in store.

Q: Does BM1Centre accept international orders?
A: Yes, international orders are welcomed. Please see seperate table for list of countries we ship to.

Q: How do I track the status of my orders?
A: Simply login to your bm1centre.com account to check order status anytime. Generally, we do ship products within 24hrs for directly paypal payment and 24-72hrs for credit card payments. If you do have any concerns, please feel free to drop us a message. thank you

Q: What if I change my mind on my orders?
A: Please notify BM1Centre by email as soon as possible should you would like to alter your existing and include your intention of what you would like to do should our team is able to retract your order from dispatching. Should our team is able to retract the item(s) you ordered from the dispatch centre, the full amount paid will be credited to your BM1Centre account which, you can use for future purchases. In the case our team is unable to retract the item(s) in order, customer is expected to be responsible of the returning postage plus 20% of the list price of the item as restocking fees (exclude the cost of postage if any). Together with the item is in its original condition, untouched.
